Change of Examination Centre shall be permitted only under exceptional circumstances, subject to submission of valid supporting documents, as detailed below:

1. Medical Grounds – Medical certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
2. Marriage – Marriage certificate or wedding card.
3. Physical Disability – Valid disability certificate.
4. Death in Family – Death certificate issued by Nagar Nigam or Gram Pradhan.
5. Transfer / Relocation – Transfer order of the student or parent/guardian.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. The decision of the University shall be final and binding.

परीक्षा केंद्र परिवर्तन केवल विशेष परिस्थितियों में ही, वैध प्रमाण-पत्रों के सत्यापन के उपरांत स्वीकार किया जाएगा:

1. चिकित्सकीय कारण – मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (CMO) द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र।
2. विवाह – विवाह प्रमाण-पत्र या शादी का कार्ड।
3. शारीरिक दिव्यांगता – सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र।
4. परिवार में मृत्यु – नगर निगम / ग्राम प्रधान द्वारा जारी मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र।
5. स्थानांतरण – छात्र अथवा अभिभावक का स्थानांतरण आदेश।

आवेदन स्वीकार होना स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं है। विश्वविद्यालय का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
